SAR Units from around the state gather to listen and learn from speakers from around Washington, the U.S., and Canada.

The conference is a great chance for both new and experienced SAR personnel to expand their knowledge of topics relating to Search and Rescue, and to socialize with members of their own unit and other units from around Washington State. The conference provides a chance for people to get specialized training that their own unit may not be able to provide. Class topics often include basic helo operations and safety, first aid, navigation, subject behavior, search theory, search management, rope rescue, and many others. We always have a great time.
