DESCRIPTION:<p>Low angle training will be on October 10th at Pack Forest in
 Eatonville. We will rendezvous at I-5 and 512 at 0800 and plan on
 returning to the park and ride by 1700.</p><p>During the training we will practice all the elements of low angle
 rescue and construct low angle raise/lower systems with the goal of
